Risk-Reducing Mastectomy

Women who carry certain genetic markers are at higher lifetime risk for developing breast cancer. Choosing to have a risk-reducing mastectomy, which removes breast tissue to prevent breast cancer, can give you security and peace of mind. Natural tissue, implant, and hybrid reconstruction procedures may all be performed with a risk-reducing mastectomy.
