Dr. Lyle Leipziger is dedicated to helping his patients regain confidence and improve their quality of life. An experienced and board-certified plastic surgeon, he brings over two decades of surgical expertise and a penchant for aesthetics to the Friedman Center’s team.

Dr. Leipziger finds the greatest reward in his work when his patients experience increased happiness and higher self-esteem, and he considers reconstructive surgery an important component of that experience. He creates a welcoming environment where patients feel safe and comfortable, from their first phone call to the office through their final postoperative appointment.

Passionate about the artistry of plastic surgery, Dr. Leipziger focuses on helping each patient feel that her appearance has been enhanced and her form restored. To do so, he works with patients to identify their personal goals, preferences, and desires. He strives for perfection and never leaves the operating room until he is 100% satisfied with the results.

Dr. Leipziger also serves as the Chief of Division of Surgery (Plastic Surgery) for Long Island Jewish Medical Center and Northshore University Hospital in the Northwell Health system. He teaches in the Department of Surgery at the Zucker School of Medicine at Hofstra/Northwell.

“Dr. Leipziger was extremely sensitive to my concerns. He managed my expectations and gave me all the information that I needed to make decisions in regard to my treatment & procedures.”
